Challenges of this project: The multiple phasing plans were a challenge for this project. The client needed to remain open during the renovation of all three floors. Strategic examination of where to successfully shuffle the locations for temporary work spaces was researched and discussed with the client, contractors and staff. Lead times were another hurdle the team had to overcome, since there were various equipment and furniture vendors involved.
Overcoming these challenges: Successful communication from start to completion was invaluable. All GC’s and vendors were made aware of lead times and milestones required through various conference calls and meetings.
Results: Columbia Bank transformed from a small local bank to a publicly traded national presence in the banking industry. Columbia Bank’s Headquarters are reflective of their passion in the industry and their drive to be quality leaders. We are very happy to have been involved with this project and look forward to their success for years to come
